Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though old, were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service, while correct and polite, lacked a friendly touch. The location was great for exploring Segovia and nearby attractions but lacked dining options in the evening. The dining experience was excellent, offering a comprehensive buffet, and the facilities were basic yet sufficient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were initially noisy due to the front location, but after requesting a move to the rear, it was much better. The temperature was great on arrival, and the internal shutters and heavy drapes helped keep out street noise. The highlight was the wonderful full course meal at the Parador restaurant. However, the noise from car tires rumbling on the granite cobbles was a downside.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with tasteful furnishings but had some minor issues like a clunky mini-bar cabinet. The service was efficient but lacked a bit of warmth. The location is excellent for exploring the surrounding areas, and the dining experience, though delicious, felt overpriced. The facilities are well-kept and convenient.
